Our award winning design team has developed the full brand identity for www.weeebuy.co.uk the UK’s first electronic recycling site to pay cash for electrical waste. This includes the design and build of the website, character creation, marketing collateral and advertising.
The PR division of RMS has exposed the brand to around five million subscribers on www.moneysavingexpert.com and we’ve been retained to promote the site on an ongoing basis.
www.weeebuy.co.uk is the first site of its kind to reward the general public with cash for complying with the European WEEE Directive on electrical goods.
We discovered that only 20% of all electrical waste is recycled and that the average person has three unwanted electrical items in their home. Our client has already struck a deal with the Woodland Trust, the UK’s leading woodland conservation charity, and will make a voluntary donation towards planting trees in the UK for every electrical product recycled on the site.
