SaveOurSeafarers hits the Guardian

We were delighted to see Saturday’s Guardian address the issue of Somali piracy with a full page interview with Dipendra Rathore, who was held hostage for eight months. Dipendra approached us saying that he was keen to support the SaveOurSeafarers campaign which we launched in March.

Currently more than 800 seafarers are being held hostage in appalling conditions. The campaign aims to end piracy by urging governments to change maritime laws. If you’re touched by Dipendra’s story, please log on to www.SaveOurSeafarers.com and send a letter to your head of state, urging them to take action to end piracy forever. Two clicks is all it takes.
