Congratulations to our resident antiques expert – Rachael, she’s celebrating after being selected as a contestant on BBC 1’s Bargain Hunt.
Rachael is fast becoming the queen of daytime TV after her recent appearance on Eggheads – this attention seeking must stop!
Filming for the show will take place at Alfie’s Antique Market in London in January.
Tim Wonnacott presents the show that’s been running since 2000. The programme’s format means two teams of amateur collectors have an hour and £300 to acquire the best bargains at an antiques fair and then sell them in an auction for a profit.
